Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.

- Solid experience in commercial office fit-out/interior projects.

- Excellent knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, billing, variation and claims management.

- Experience in contractor/vendor negotiation and final accounts.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and QS/commercial documentation.

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage quantity surveying and commercial management for office fit-out/interior projects.

- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender documents.

- Analyse contractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.

- Manage tendering,



contractor selection and commercial negotiations.

- Verify RA bills, measurements, invoices and payment certificates.

- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.

- Evaluate variations, claims, extra items and rate analysis.

- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial MIS.

- Assist in procurement and subcontract management.

- Maintain proper records of contracts, change orders and commercial correspondence.

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and client representatives.

- Support final account settlement and project close-out.
