We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quantity Surveyor & Data Maintenance Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, preparing quotations, maintaining project-related data, and supporting the team with accurate documentation and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates for construction and interior projects.

- Calculate quantities for civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and interior works.

- Collect and maintain material rates, labour rates, and supplier details.

- Maintain accurate project data, quotations, purchase details, and cost records.

- Update and organize Excel sheets and project databases regularly.

- Compare estimated quantities and costs with actual project requirements.

- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and project teams for quantity and material requirements.

- Maintain proper records of project measurements, work progress, and billing details.





- Prepare reports and assist management with cost analysis and project documentation.

- Ensure all data and documentation are accurate and updated.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction/interior projects preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic quantity estimation.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

- Understanding of construction materials and work measurements.

- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
