Walkin interviews starting from 1st Sep'226 onwards b/w 9:30-11am at our Gurgaon Office

We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher — who can go beyond analysing datasets — someone who can own the quantitative research lifecycle, solve complex research problems, work closely with clients, and translate data into meaningful insights.

?You’ll work across:

? 1. Lead Quantitative Research

- Design research methodologies, sampling strategies, questionnaires, and quantitative analysis plans.
- Build, test, and deploy digital survey tools using SurveyCTO, STATA, Kobo, or other CAPI platforms.
- Develop and implement robust data quality and validation protocols across the research lifecycle
- Review research instruments and support translation, localisation, and field adaptation.

?️ 2. Drive Field & Project Execution

- Oversee enumerator training, field monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Review and troubleshoot XLSForms and CAPI workflows.




- Monitor incoming data and identify quality issues, data checks, spot checks.
- Work with project teams to translate broad research questions into measurable outcomes and analytical frameworks.

? 3. Client/Donor & Team Management

- Contribute to proposals, concept notes, technical bids, and research designs.
- Mentor and support junior researchers, strengthening the team's quantitative capabilities.
- Present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bring current analytical approaches, tools, and ideas to the team.

You could be a strong fit if you:

- Have 7+ years of experience in quantitative research, impact evaluation, M&E;, policy research, social research or a related field
- Experience with RCTs / impact evaluations / quasi-experimental methods
- Experience working with large-scale primary datasets
- SurveyCTO, Kobo, ODK or similar platforms
- Can explain quantitative findings clearly to someone who isn't a statistician/researcher
- Have experience in taking ownership of research projects or significant research workstreams

? Offered CTC - Upto ₹16 LPA based on skills and experience
