Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for our Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring process quality, product quality, customer requirements and Quality Management System compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage in-process, final and outgoing quality for HPDC, CNC and secondary operations.
- Monitor and control HPDC casting defects, dimensional defects and process variations.
- Handle customer complaints, 8D, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
- Lead Customer Audits, IATF Audits, Internal Audits, Process Audits and Product Audits.
- Manage APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA activities.
- Monitor Quality KPIs such as Customer PPM, Internal Rejection, Scrap, Rework and Customer Complaints.
- Ensure proper calibration and measurement system control.
- Lead and develop the Quality team.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering,



Tool Room and other departments for continuous quality improvement.
- Drive reduction in rejection, rework, scrap and customer complaints.

Candidate Profile
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy / Manufacturing Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant Quality experience, preferably in Aluminium HPDC / Auto Components / Precision Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a Quality Manager / Deputy Quality Manager / Senior Quality role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and 8D.
- Hands-on experience in Customer Complaint Handling and Audits.
- Positive knowledge of Aluminium Die Casting defects, CNC machining quality and GD&T;.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
