QMS Manager Textile Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QMS Manager to manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System across our textile manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, maintain and improve QMS as per ISO 9001:2015
- Plan and conduct Internal Audits and coordinate External/Customer Audits.
- Manage CAPA, NCR, Root Cause Analysis and Customer Complaints.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions and Quality Documentation.
- Monitor quality KPIs, identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Process, and other departments to ensure quality standards.
- Lead and develop the Quality/QMS team.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Textile industry is MUST.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- Robust knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Auditing, Documentation and Quality Improvement.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
