Quality Excellence Process Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

Working with operations to identify project/process improvement opportunities which can start from a easy excel based solutions.

Execute and lead Lean six sigma improvement Projects delivering tangible results for the business

Effectively conduct risk audits for delivery processes & identify gaps/opportunity, solution & drive closure





Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma

Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management

Effectively communicate progress on Process risk audits & projects to senior stakeholders

Ensure Positive contribution to the company’s Gross margins and Operating margins.

Technical and Functional Skills:

Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in understanding & implementation of LEAN Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC, Hypothesis Testing (Six sigma green belt certified, Black belt trained)

Must have financial sector experience not including insurance sector

Experience in Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management

Understanding of risk management and quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, MP tools)

Execute and lead projects delivering tangible results for the business

Planning and organizing skills, Analytical ability, Attention to details, Decision-making, Good communication

Good to have knowledge on Minitab
