Job Title: Quality Executive / Quality Engineer

Department: Quality

Location: Bhosari

Qualification:

- B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Department
- Freshers with internship experience in quality can also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials/products
- Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection documents
- Identify and report quality issues and defects
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, PPG, VIS, etc.
- Coordinate with production team for quality improvement activities




- Assist in internal audits and documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO/Quality system requirements

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools)
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Good observation and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Positive communication and teamwork skills

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to work in shifts
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
