Role Description The Quality Control Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Cuttack. This role oversees daily quality control operations, ensuring that construction chemicals and related products meet internal standards and applicable regulations. The supervisor will coordinate and monitor testing activities, review laboratory results, and implement corrective and preventive actions where needed.

Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring quality control staff, maintaining documentation and SOPs,



collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves regular reporting on quality metrics, participation in audits, and ensuring adherence to ISO and company-specific quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading and developing quality or production teams.
- Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance practices, including inspection, testing, and compliance monitoring.
- Well-developed analytical skills for interpreting test data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
- Hands-on laboratory skills, preferably within construction chemicals or related industrial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems; experience with documentation and audits.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or manufacturing quality roles is an advantage.
