Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time role based in Kochi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves inspecting and testing hardware products and components to ensure they meet defined quality standards for performance, safety, and reliability.

The specialist will document inspection results, identify non-conformities, and collaborate with engineering,



production, and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, reviewing quality records, supporting internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and deployment operations. The role also includes maintaining compliance with regulatory and industry quality requirements and supporting training on quality procedures for relevant team members.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to hardware and IoT products.
- Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing within manufacturing or electronics environments.
- Knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other relevant quality and safety standards.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with testing tools, measurement instruments, and basic statistical quality methods.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in electronics, IoT devices, or industrial hardware quality is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Production, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort using digital tools and enterprise software for quality tracking and data analysis.
