Job Overview

Royal Infraconstru Ltd. is seeking experienced Quality Control Engineers with proven hands-on expertise in bridge construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding rigorous quality standards across all project activities and ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the quality of bridge construction activities at project sites.
- Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and ongoing activities in accordance with approved specifications.
- Independently prepare and finalize concrete mix designs as per project requirements and applicable standards (e.g., IS 456, ACI, etc.).
- Conduct and coordinate material testing (e.g., sieve analysis, compaction), concrete testing (slump, slump flow), cube testing, and other required quality assurance tests.
- Ensure strict adherence to approved Inspection &
- Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, drawings, specifications, and internal quality procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely inspection reports, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other quality documentation.
- Identify quality deviations, root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Coordinate closely with Project Management, Execution, Planning, Laboratory, and site teams on quality-related matters.
- Liaise with clients, consultants,



third-party inspection agencies, and regulatory bodies for inspections, audits, and approvals.
- Ensure comprehensive quality control of concrete production & placement, reinforcement works, formwork, structural elements, and other bridge-specific construction activities.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bridge construction or large-scale infrastructure projects (mandatory).
- Strong practical knowledge of concrete technology, quality control procedures, and standard testing methods.
- Proven ability to independently design and validate concrete mix designs using IS, ACI, or other applicable codes.
- Familiarity with cement, aggregates, admixtures, and testing protocols (e.g., compressive strength, durability tests).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Experience working with ITPs, method statements, inspection checklists, and quality documentation systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in dynamic project environments.
- Willingness to relocate and work at remote project locations across India
