Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining product and process quality standards across manufacturing operations, including abrasive and surface treatment tools. Day-to-day tasks include executing quality inspections, performing in-process and final product checks, documenting non-conformities, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.

The specialist will assist in maintaining compliance with internal quality policies and external standards,



supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams is expected to ensure consistent quality, traceability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to support compliant and efficient processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing and related documentation practices to manage internal and external audits.
- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, preferably in abrasive tools, metalworking, or similar surface treatment applications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards; familiarity with measurement tools and inspection methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
