About The Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – Quality Engineering / Test Delivery to oversee testing operations within our insurance products and digital platforms. This leadership role requires a professional with extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance, a proven track record in test delivery, automation, and AI-led quality transformation.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team of Test Leads and Test Engineers, ensuring quality standards are met across multiple programs and projects. This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to influence quality engineering practices on a global scale.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 13-16 years of experience in quality engineering, testing, or related fields within the insurance industry. A deep understanding of Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance, including Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, Underwriting,



and related processes, is essential.

Experience with leading Policy Administration Systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco is highly preferred.

Certifications like ISTQB or AI/GenAI credentials are advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, along with expertise in test automation, API testing, SQL, Agile methodologies, and release management.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Test Leads and Test Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Own end-to-end test delivery across multiple programs, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and Production Validation, ensuring timely and quality releases.
- Define comprehensive test strategies, establish and monitor quality KPIs, and implement defect prevention techniques to enhance product quality.
- Drive risk-based testing approaches and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Business teams, Product Owners, Development teams, Customers, and senior leadership to communicate quality status, risks, and strategic recommendations effectively.




- Champion the adoption of AI in testing processes, including Generative AI, AI-assisted Test Case Generation, Test Data Generation, Defect Analysis, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and MCP tools.
- Monitor and optimize testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage resource planning, capacity building, and skill development initiatives within the QA team.
