Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of digital marketing deliverables across campaigns, content, and creative assets. This role involves developing and maintaining QA processes, checklists, and standards for ad campaigns, SEO outputs, social media content, web pages, and design deliverables.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will review work for accuracy, performance tracking, brand alignment, and compliance with client requirements and internal guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, identifying issues, coordinating with performance, content, design, and web teams, and recommending improvements to workflows and documentation. The role also includes monitoring KPIs related to quality, supporting root-cause analysis for campaign or delivery issues, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Experience in quality assurance or operations within digital marketing, advertising, or a related field, with strong skills in process design, documentation, and standard setting.




- Ability to review and validate performance marketing outputs (Google Ads, Meta Ads), including campaign setups, tracking, reporting accuracy, and compliance with client goals.
- Familiarity with digital channels such as SEO, social media, web design, and creatives, and the ability to assess deliverables for consistency, usability, and brand alignment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, dashboards, and QA metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide transparent, constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Quality Management) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with QA tools, project management
