Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Annur, responsible for overseeing quality standards across all fabrication processes and products. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures for sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, and finishing operations.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will plan and conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with internal standards, client specifications, and relevant industry regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing quality data, identifying root causes of defects, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with production, engineering, and procurement teams to improve processes. The role also includes documenting quality metrics, guiding staff on best practices, supporting customer quality requirements,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong background in quality management, including experience with quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of metal fabrication processes such as sheet metal work, laser cutting, bending, welding, and finishing, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in inspection methods and tools, including dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and use of measuring instruments; familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams).
- Experience developing and maintaining quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, quality plans, and reports; ability to manage non-conformance records and corrective action plans.
- Understanding of relevant quality standards and frameworks (such as ISO-based systems or similar), and experience supporting or leading internal audits.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production workplace.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train team members on quality practices and work closely with production, engineering, and client stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in fabrication quality roles.
