Role Description The Quality Assurance Intern role at CosmoQuick is a remote internship focused on supporting the quality and reliability of platform processes and user experiences. In this role, the intern assists with reviewing workflows and features to ensure they meet established quality standards and internal guidelines.

Daily tasks may include documenting test results, reporting issues, participating in quality audits, and helping maintain compliance with internal quality procedures. The intern may also contribute to process improvement initiatives by gathering data, analyzing trends, and suggesting refinements to enhance consistency and performance. Collaboration with product, engineering,



and operations teams will be a regular part of the internship.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices, with an interest in applying these in a digital platform environment.
- Understanding of Quality Management principles, including basic exposure to quality planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar standardized process and compliance frameworks, even from academic or project work.
- Ability to support Quality Auditing activities, including preparing documentation, collecting evidence, and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured procedures and checklists.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in quality management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation platforms) and an interest in technology and digital marketplaces.
