Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular QC inspections of high-rise buildings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective QA/QC plans for construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve defects, improving overall building performance and safety.
- Provide technical guidance on quality control procedures, training junior engineers as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in QC engineering or related field (construction/real estate).
- Robust knowledge of high rise building design, materials science, and relevant industry regulations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful QA/QC programs.
