Role & responsibilities To manage and control all quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and commercial activities for assigned interior and fit-out projects. The QS & Billing Engineer will be responsible for accurate preparation and submission of client RA bills, measurements, BOQ reconciliation, subcontractor/vendor bill verification, variation claims, extra-item billing, and quantity reconciliation.

The role will ensure that all executed works are properly measured, supported by required documentation, billed as per approved BOQ, PO, drawings, specifications, and contractual terms, and submitted within the agreed billing schedule. The position will also support project cost control and profitability by monitoring executed quantities, material consumption, subcontractor costs, variations, and billing progress against project budgets.





The primary objective of the QS & Billing Engineer is to ensure that every executed work is accurately measured, properly documented, timely billed, commercially protected, and effectively reconciled, thereby supporting timely cash flow, project cost control, and overall project profitability

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Additional certification in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management will be an advantage.
