Job Title: Software QA / Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Perform manual testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and Sanity testing.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.

- Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.

- Coordinate directly with clients to understand business requirements, clarify issues, demonstrate application functionality, and provide testing updates.

- Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers.

- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Validate UI, database, and business workflow functionality.

- Ensure software quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).





- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments when required.

- Continuously improve QA processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills for 2+ Years Experience

- 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- Strong expertise in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies.

- Valuable Knowledge in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.

- Experience with SQL and database validation.

- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.

- Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

- Experience directly interacting with clients and managing requirement discussions, issue clarification, and testing coordination.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
