Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits across outlets for SOP, hygiene, food safety and operational compliance
- Check inventory, wastage, COGS and operational processes
- Monitor adherence to company standards and identify gaps
- Prepare detailed audit reports and track corrective actions
- Work closely with Store Managers and Area Managers to improve compliance
- Ensure consistency in product quality, service and customer experience
? What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in QSR / Restaurant / Food Retail operations
- Positive understanding of food safety, hygiene and operational SOPs
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai outlets
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and drive corrective action
- FOSTAC certification will be an added advantage
