Key Responsibilities

- Verify and certify contractor, subcontractor, and vendor bills as per approved BOQ, work orders, and agreed rates.
- Check quantities executed at site in coordination with the Project and Site teams.
- Assist in rate analysis, rate comparison, and cost evaluation.
- Verify BOQs, work orders, purchase orders, and other commercial documents from an accounts and cost-control perspective.
- Carry out quantity reconciliation and billing reconciliation for ongoing and completed projects.
- Monitor project-wise costs and expenditure against approved budgets.
- Coordinate with the Project, Procurement, and Accounts teams for bill verification and payment processing.
- Maintain records of vendor bills, subcontractor bills, work orders, BOQs, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing project costing, cost reports, MIS, and budget vs. actual analysis.




- Identify discrepancies in quantities, rates, or bills and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Support the Accounts team in maintaining proper commercial and project cost documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of bill verification and reconciliation activities.
