A.S. Engineers & Fabricators – Ambernath MIDC, Maharashtra

We are looking for experienced and technically strong QC Engineers to join our manufacturing team.

Position: QC Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Ambernath MIDC, Maharashtra

Industry: Heavy Engineering / Fabrication / Pressure Vessels / Storage Tanks

Key Responsibilities

- In-process & final inspection of fabricated equipment
- Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Dish Ends & Piping Spools
- Welding inspection and WPS/PQR compliance
- Fit-up, dimensional & visual inspection
- Review of MTC, welding consumables & inspection reports
- Coordination with Third-Party Inspectors / Clients
- NDT coordination – RT, UT, MPI, DPT
- Monitoring DFT, painting & surface preparation
- Preparation of ITP, QAP, inspection reports & documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, drawings & customer specifications

Candidate Profile:



✅ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical

✅ 2–5 years relevant fabrication QC experience

✅ Knowledge of ASME / IS / API standards preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of welding & fabrication inspection

✅ Positive documentation and reporting skills

✅ Ability to work independently on the shop floor
