Verification & Authorization:- Verification & authorization of Q.C. documents, Q.C. & Production Process, Sample storage to ensure execution of production & Q.C. process as per SOP.

Analysis & Control:- To collect data, analysis & calculate Std data, Prepare/Modify SOP to improve production & q.c. process.

Monitor & Supervise:- Daily monitoring and supervise Q.C. process to achieve on time Test reporting by following Schedule-T

Documents:- To verify & authorize production & Q.C. documents, Q.C. Live reports, submit & ensure approval FDA Documents to achieve 100% legal compliance as per the FDA norms.

Reporting:- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of various production & Reports to Plant Mgr. in order to confirm legal compliance as per Schedule-T.

Continues Improvement:- Establishing managing, Planning, Scheduling and executing analytical method validation and analytical method development or improvement programs for existing R.M. & F.G.



in order to improve quality/productivity/safety by following GMP norms.

Technical Support:- Give technical support to our customer, visitors, employee to achieve quality product & customer satisfaction by following Schedule-T.

Qualifications

b.pharm/M.pharm

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling QC lab Independently. FDA licensed preferred.

Knowledge of lab testing, Instrumental/Chemical handling, Advanced Computer Knowledge, Q.A., MS Excel.

FDA/GMP, Documentation/BMR, CAPA/QC Tools, SOPs, Herbal Identification.
