We are looking for a QC & Formulation Executive for an agrochemical manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for quality testing, formulation development, batch analysis, and ensuring products meet required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality testing of raw materials, formulations, and finished agrochemical products.
- Develop and optimize formulations as per product requirements.
- Perform physical and chemical analysis of products.
- Monitor batch quality and maintain laboratory records.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure formulations meet defined specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation, test reports, and COA records.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams for formulation and quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and usage.





Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field; relevant formulation/QC qualification preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in agrochemical, pesticide, fertilizer, or related chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of agrochemical formulations such as EC, SC, SL, WP, WG, etc. will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of laboratory testing and quality-control procedures.
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.
