:

- We are looking for a QA Tester (Fresher) who is detail-oriented and interested in software testing and quality assurance. The candidate will work with the development and QA teams to identify bugs, verify functionality, and ensure that applications meet quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

- Understand requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

- Execute test cases and identify, document, and report bugs.

- Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing.

- Retest fixed issues and verify bug resolution.

- Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.

- Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve issues.

- Participate in the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Soft Skills Requirements

- - Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.

- Knowledge of Manual Testing.

- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing concepts.

- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.





- Basic knowledge of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar testing tools is an advantage.

Eligibility

- Freshers with a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Candidates who have completed a QA/Software Testing course or internship are preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing is preferred.

- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
