We are hiring a "QA Manager." (QMS & Compliance)

Experience: 8+ Years (Min. 3 Years as Management Representative)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary: Based on your last CTC

Industry: Oil & Gas/Heavy Machinery/Manufacturing

Core Responsibilities:

1. Define, deploy, and monitor QMS processes across departments. Coordinate with teams to design and implement QMS procedures.
2. Conduct training on ISO 9001/API Q1, product specifications, and customer standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance awareness.
3. Maintain accurate QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, and records) to demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001/API standards.
4. Manage the Quality Department, including budgeting, staffing decisions, and employee performance reviews.
5.



Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (customers/suppliers) regarding quality issues or complaints.
6. Analyze quality data to drive process enhancements, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of quality.
7. Prepare and present data/improvement recommendations during management review meetings.
8. Ensure the organization meets all customer and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills: Experience working in an API environment is a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
