Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a QA/QC Engineer / QA QC Manager based in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities across project phases, ensuring compliance with company standards, client specifications, and relevant codes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quality plans and procedures, supervising inspections and testing, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with project, engineering, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues. The position also requires monitoring subcontractor performance, conducting internal and external audits, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions,



and reporting quality metrics and non-conformities to project leadership.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, with the ability to develop, implement, and improve project quality systems and procedures.
- Experience in Quality Control and Inspection activities, including reviewing method statements, supervising site inspections, and verifying compliance with codes and client requirements.
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing, including planning and conducting internal and external audits, documenting findings, and driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Background in engineering disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation) relevant to Oil & Gas or large EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of international standards and industry best practices in construction and Oil & Gas quality management.
- Effective communication and reporting skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients and subcontractors.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, and apply them to practical quality control measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in quality (e.g., ISO, ASQ, NDT) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a QA/QC Engineer or QA/QC Manager role on large-scale industrial or Oil & Gas projects.
