We’re Hiring — QA Engineer (Fresher / Entry Level)
MAbiz Technologies LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and begin their career in Software Quality Assurance.
This is a fresher / entry-level opportunity for candidates who have completed QA or software testing training and are interested in gaining hands-on experience working on a real ERP and accounting software product.
The selected candidate will work primarily on MAbiz BMS, our Business Management and ERP platform, covering accounting, sales, purchases, inventory, invoicing, payments, and other business workflows.
What you’ll do
- Understand product requirements and business workflows
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UI, and exploratory testing
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects
- Retest resolved issues and support regression validation
- Validate accounting workflows, calculations, business rules, and data accuracy
- Work closely with developers and the product team during feature development and release validation
- Maintain clear QA and defect documentation
What we’re looking for
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Certificate or recognized qualification in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, or an equivalent qualification
- Positive understanding of manual testing fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test cases, and defect life cycle
- Basic accounting knowledge is required, as the role involves testing accounting and ERP workflows
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good written communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a product-focused environment
Knowledge of Postman/API testing, SQL, databases, bug-tracking tools, ERP applications, or automation testing will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
Work Arrangement The position will be remote / work from home during the initial stage. However, candidates must be willing and available to work from our office whenever the company requires or communicates a transition to work-from-office.
