Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmednagar. The person in this role oversees procurement of materials, components, and services required for PCB manufacturing, ensuring timely availability and cost-effective sourcing from approved vendors. Daily responsibilities include evaluating supplier quotations, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating closely with production, engineering,



and quality teams to align purchasing with operational needs.

The Purchasing

Manager maintains vendor relationships, tracks supplier performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role also involves analyzing market trends, optimizing procurement processes, and preparing regular reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supply risks.

Qualifications

- Strong purchasing and procurement skills, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience with inventory planning, materials management, and coordination with production or manufacturing teams.
- Ability to analyze cost structures, review quotations, and support budgeting and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Solid organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmednagar and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
