The organization welcomes export, OEM, and ODM collaborations and focuses on building long-term partnerships with global and loca l buyers.Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana East. This role oversees the end-to-end procurement process for bicycle components, raw materials, and related services to ensure timely availability for production. Daily responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, and placing purchase orders in line with production schedules and budget guidelines.

The Purchasing

Manager monitors inventory levels, tracks delivery timelines, and collaborates closely with manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.



The role also involves maintaining accurate purchasing records, analyzing cost-saving opportunities, and continuously improving procurement processes to support operational efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and vendor management skills, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience with inventory control, materials planning, and coordination with production or manufacturing teams.
- Ability to analyze costs, compare quotations, and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or automotive/bicycle industry supply chains is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ludhiana East and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
