Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, from purchase requisition to vendor payment.

- Procure finished pharmaceutical formulations through third-party manufacturers and contract manufacturing partners.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage pharmaceutical vendors and manufacturers.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement.

- Coordinate with Loan Licence manufacturers and WHO-GMP approved facilities.

- Ensure timely availability of products to meet domestic and export requirements.

- Handle procurement-related documentation and coordinate with regulatory, quality, and production teams.

- Manage import/export procurement activities and support tender-related purchases when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.





- 5-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical formulations industry.

- Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical finished formulations and third-party manufacturing.

- Knowledge of Loan Licence operations, WHO-GMP requirements, and export-oriented procurement.

- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Significant NoteOnly candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical Formulations, Contract Manufacturing, Third-Party Manufacturing, or Pharma Procurement will be considered. Profiles from packaging, logistics, courier, transportation, FMCG, or non-pharma procurement industries are not suitable for this role.
