Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with 3 + years of experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, microservices, and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django . Basic to intermediate exposure to AI/Generative AI , such as integrating LLMs or AI APIs into applications, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Integrate AI services or LLM APIs into backend applications where required.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize backend performance.
- Deploy and maintain applications using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable,



and high-performance solutions.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django .
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices .
- Basic knowledge or hands-on exposure to Generative AI , LLMs , or AI API integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB , or similar databases.
- Familiarity with Docker , Git , and cloud platforms ( AWS/Azure/GCP ).
- Positive understanding of JWT/OAuth , API security, and backend architecture.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to LangChain , RAG , Prompt Engineering, or Vector Databases.
- Experience deploying AI-enabled backend applications.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
