We are looking for Purchase Executive!!!

Location - Pithampur

Experience - 2 to 4 Years

Responsibilities

- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favourable terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Keeps up to date on the company's needs in order to order supplies when they are necessary.
- Performs comparison shopping and negotiations to secure lower prices on materials the company needs.

Requirements and Skills





- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ B Tech ( Mechanical or Electrical), Material Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software ( SAP) and supply chain management systems.
