Purchase Executive – Interior / Fit-Out / Turnkey Projects

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for interior, fit-out, turnkey, and architecture projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in material procurement, vendor development, purchase orders, and timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of interior and fit-out materials such as carpet, plywood, MDF, paint, tiles, hardware, electrical, plumbing, glass, cement, sand, etc.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time material delivery as per project requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and develop current vendor networks.
- Prepare and review vendor comparison sheets and support vendor selection and analysis.




- Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements and procurement schedules.
- Ensure materials are procured as per quality, quantity, cost, and timeline requirements.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, vendor details, and procurement activities.

Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Interior / Fit-Out / Turnkey / Architecture firms is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in procurement of interior and construction-related materials.
- Good knowledge of local vendors/suppliers and market rates.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
