- Purchase Executive Company: SPA Fabric Processor P. Ltd.

Position: Purchase Executive Industry: Textile Dyeing / Fabric Processing Location: Barrackpore Ruiya Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities Purchase dyes, chemicals, auxiliaries, packing materials, spare parts, consumables, and other materials required for dyeing and processing operations. Identify and develop reliable suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships. Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and Management regarding material requirements. Monitor stock levels and arrange purchases according to production requirements.

Verify material quality, quantity, specifications, and delivery documents. Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and delayed deliveries. Maintain purchase records, supplier details, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.





Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for better pricing and sourcing. Ensure purchases are made according to company policies and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in purchase/procurement in the textile dyeing, processing, or related industry preferred. Good knowledge of dyes, chemicals, textile processing consumables, and general industrial materials will be an advantage. Good negotiation and vendor-management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/inventory software. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet urgent material requirements. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
