Key Responsibilities

- Analysing Purchase Requisitions: Understanding Project Materials requirements from site with required make, specifications.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery reliability.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure favourable conditions
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including issuing RFQs/RFPs and analysing proposals.
- Purchase Order Management: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues with suppliers.
- Compliance & Analysis: Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain records, and analyse spending trends for cost-saving opportunities.




- Project Coordination: Co-ordination between HO and Project sites team/end users.
- Vendor Base: Knowledge of Vendor base at Pune/Maharashtra, Other states in India.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering /Science/Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Generally, 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Strategic ERP software and Microsoft Excel & Words and Power Point
- Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Construction /Infrastructure Projects supply chain management, logistics, and vendor management
