Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day purchase activities, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders, delivery follow-up and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchase requirements from project, office and other departments
- Obtain quotations and prepare quotation comparison
- Coordinate with vendors on price, quality and delivery
- Prepare Purchase Orders and obtain required approvals
- Follow up pending orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with Stores / site teams for material requirements and receipt
- Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice and payment-related matters
- Maintain vendor, quotation, PO and purchase records
- Update purchase trackers / MIS
- Support price negotiation, vendor development and cost control
- Support purchase process improvement

Requirements





- Civil / B.Com / Any relevant qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Commercial activities
- Construction / Real Estate experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation
- Tally / ERP knowledge preferred
