We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support day-to-day procurement activities in a manufacturing workplace. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, arrange materials, maintain purchase records, and ensure timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with existing and new vendors.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations.
- Assist in price negotiation and vendor follow-ups.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and vendor records.




- Track pending orders and material requirements.
- Ensure materials are procured as per required specifications and timelines.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement processes.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing procurement processes.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
