Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Purchase Executive with Logistics Cordination.

The Purchase

Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating purchase requisitions, and coordinating procurement & logistics processes using ERP tools. They will liaise with vendors, evaluate suppliers, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes
- Proficient in Communication skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Knowledge and experience in Procurement practices, including vendor evaluation and negotiation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory management with logistics team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to support cost-effective decision-making with department heads
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Experience in the pharmaceutical is an added advantage
