Role & responsibilities

- Execute sourcing for project BOMs and buyout items in line with project schedules and cost targets.
- Float RFQs, prepare comparative cost statements, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
- Raise and process purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and manage debit/credit notes as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify and assess potential suppliers, technically and commercially.
- Expedite and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery; proactively flag and resolve shortages and delays.
- Monitor supplier performance and support periodic assessments for quality and delivery compliance.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Stores, and Quality to align sourcing with requirements and incoming inspection.
- Develop and maintain solid supplier relationships through structured vendor-development activity.
- Drive digitization and continuous improvement of procurement workflows in the ERP.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and ethical conduct at all times.
