Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Purchase Department Specialist with a background in mining tools. The specialist will manage end-to-end purchasing activities for mining tools and related equipment, including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and order placement.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels,



and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support operations. The role involves maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring compliance with internal purchasing policies and quality standards. The specialist will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to optimize purchasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while keeping accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

- Robust purchasing knowledge, including Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management.
- Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate quotations, compare suppliers, and optimize cost and quality.
- Experience or familiarity with mining tools, heavy equipment, or industrial supplies procurement.
- Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP or purchasing software tools.
- Relevant education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively on-site within cross-functional teams.
