Role Description As a Public Relations Intern at Startup Story®, you will support the team in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and other key stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in drafting press releases, pitching stories, and coordinating media outreach to increase visibility for featured startups and the platform.

You will help monitor media coverage, maintain contact lists,



and prepare basic reports on PR activities and campaign outcomes. The internship also involves contributing to communication materials, such as talking points and briefs, and collaborating with content and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement based in New Delhi, allowing a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression.
- Relevant academic background in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and storytelling, with curiosity about emerging businesses from diverse regions.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in New Delhi, with the ability to collaborate both in-person and remotely.
