Byvin Overseas is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, respond to enquiries, and coordinate follow-ups for our visa processing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming enquiries.

- Explain the company’s services using accurate, approved information.

- Understand client requirements and refer enquiries to the appropriate consultant.

- Schedule consultations and follow up on appointments.

- Maintain accurate call records, enquiry details, and follow-up updates.

- Communicate politely and respect clients’ contact preferences.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure enquiries are addressed promptly.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language:



Hindi or Malayalam.

- Clear telephone communication and valuable listening skills.

- Confidence, patience, and a positive approach to customer interaction.

- Basic computer and data-entry skills.

- Ability to organise follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

Additional Information

- Three-month probation period.

- Candidates from Wayanad district are preferred. Candidates from other districts who can arrange their own local accommodation are also welcome.

- Food and accommodation are not provided.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
