Role Description The Psychologist will provide individual and group counseling, conduct psychological assessments, and develop evidence-informed treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, and collaborating with other mental health and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

The role also involves psychoeducation, crisis intervention when needed, and participation in case discussions and team meetings to enhance service quality. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.



The Psychologist is expected to uphold ethical practice standards and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, client-centered care.
- Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including conducting interviews, administering assessments, and interpreting results.
- Relevant background in Medicine or clinical settings that supports understanding of co-occurring physical and mental health conditions.
- Advanced degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology (Master’s or higher) from a recognized institution; appropriate licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong ethical judgment, commitment to confidentiality, and adherence to professional codes of conduct.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode from Noida, manage time effectively, and maintain clear documentation and case records.
