Role Overview
As a Trainee Psychologist
, you will engage directly with users to understand their emotional needs and guide them through their wellness journey. You will gain hands-on experience in assessments, client interactions, and applied psychological support under the supervision of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding reach out to users to understand their emotional needs and guide them through their mental wellness journey
- Facilitate the HappiLife Assessment , helping identify clients’ concerns through structured initial interactions
- Conduct report reading sessions for users who have completed the HappiLife assessment,
explaining insights with clarity provide empathetic listening and emotional support during user interactions
- Apply active listening and basic crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate situations when required
- Collaborate with senior psychologists to support development and supervision process
- Assist in ensuring seamless user experience across services and interventions
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in line with ethical and legal standards
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as per business requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing a Bachelor's (2nd/3rd year) or Master's (1st/2nd year) in Psychology.
- Strong interest in psychology research, publishing, and academic reading.
- Good knowledge of psychometric assessments and psychological testing.
- Basic understanding of research methodology and literature review.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ethical approach to psychological research.
- Basic understanding of psychological principles and ethical practices
