Proposal Engineer (Water & Wastewater Treatment)

We are seeking a talented Proposals Engineer to join our prestigious team specializing in innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Creating technically and commercially compliant proposals

· Development of technical documents (Process Description, process calculations, hydraulic design, PFD, P&ID;)

· Hands on experience in selection of suitable process based on the raw water characteristics and treated water requirements.

· Contract review and negotiation

· Experience in water treatment, Wastewater treatment and Effluent treatment process and schemes.

· Cost evaluation and pricing of projects (Supply, installation, commissioning, consumables & Operational cost)

· Strong technical skill in water & wastewater treatment processes

· Excellence in customer relationship management

· Sharp commercial awareness and negotiation skills

· Ability to develop detailed technical documentation

· Strong presentation and communication abilities

Qualification requirement:

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in chemical or environmental engineering.





· Minimum 3 years’ experience in water/wastewater treatment proposals.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary tasks related to water and wastewater treatment.

· Experience in vendor coordination.

· Experience in bid management and customer presentations

Main Tasks:

· The main responsibility of a Proposal / Commercial Engineer is to lead project opportunities from inquiry to order, with ethical integrity and creative thinking, to develop safe & effective treatment solutions for our customers/clients.

· The role includes assisting the Sales team with initial lead qualification, development of opportunities through technical and commercial guidance, process design development, cost model evaluation, and pricing with commercial awareness of the market.

· Commercial Engineering scope includes creation of Customer-facing proposals and supporting documents, identification of technical improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
