Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Advisor to join our real estate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end commercial property transactions, and commercial plots. The ideal candidate must possess solid local market intelligence of Sector V (Salt Lake) and New Town areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Deal Closure: Identify, engage, and pitch commercial property options (sale/lease) to prospective corporate clients, investors, retail brands, and business owners.
- Site Visits & Property Demonstrations: Conduct structured site visits for clients across commercial projects, IT parks, and standalone buildings in Sector V and New Town.
- Market Research & Scouting: Track commercial inventory, rental trends, occupancy rates, and upcoming commercial developments in the assigned micro-markets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Assist clients through lease structures, pricing negotiations,



legal checks, and initial documentation processes.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with property owners, channel partners, and corporate tenants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Location Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial hubs, IT parks (e.g., Sector V tech parks, Action Area I/II/III in New Town), and connectivity nodes.
- Communication: Strong spoken and written skills in English Hindi & Bengali
- Mobility: Personal two-wheeler/conveyance for local site visits is preferred.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing background preferred).
