Role Description The Project Supervisor for the Interior and Furniture division oversees day-to-day execution of modular interior projects from planning through installation. This full time, on-site role is based in the Greater Hyderabad Area and involves coordinating with design, production, logistics, and site teams to ensure cabinets, wardrobes, TV units, and storage systems are installed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

The Project

Supervisor monitors site progress, manages work schedules, allocates resources, and ensures compliance with safety and company procedures. The role includes conducting site inspections, resolving on-ground issues, liaising with clients and contractors, and preparing regular project status reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Project supervision and site management skills,



including experience overseeing interior or furniture installation projects.
- Knowledge of modular interiors, cabinetry systems, hardware fittings, and basic construction or joinery practices.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills for managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and installation details.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site issues and maintain project timelines.
- Familiarity with MS Office or project management tools for documentation, reporting, and tracking progress.
- Relevant diploma or degree in interior design, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field; prior experience in modular or furniture projects is highly beneficial.

Own end-to-end project execution from production release to handover
- Coordinate with factory for production and dispatch schedules
