Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver web development projects from initiation to completion.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, content teams, and clients.

- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, task assignments, and documentation.

- Track project progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers and take timely corrective action.

- Conduct regular project meetings, stand-ups, reviews, and status updates.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and changes to clients and management.

- Manage client expectations and ensure requirements are clearly understood by the development team.

- Coordinate requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities.

- Review deliverables to ensure they meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

- Manage scope changes and ensure proper impact assessment before implementation.

- Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources based on project requirements.

- Work with the QA team to ensure proper testing and resolution of issues before release.

- Monitor project budgets, resources, timelines, and overall project performance.





- Maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, status reports, and release plans.

- Continuously improve project workflows, communication processes, and delivery practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in web development or software development.

- Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle.

- Familiarity with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, APIs, databases, and web hosting.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.

- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Solid client and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to identify risks and resolve project issues proactively.

- Good understanding of task estimation, project timelines, dependencies, and resource planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
