Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of MEP and infrastructure projects. This role includes planning project activities, defining scope, and preparing schedules and resource plans to meet timelines and budget targets.

The Project

Manager coordinates with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution, quality compliance, and timely delivery of materials and services. Daily tasks involve monitoring progress, managing risks, resolving site issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Manager also reviews technical documentation, prepares status reports, supports inspections and audits,



and drives continuous improvement in project processes.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading complex MEP or infrastructure projects.
- Expediting and Expeditor skills for tracking, following up, and ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Inspection experience to verify work quality, compliance with drawings and specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of project materials and resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil) or a related technical field; relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects, with robust stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and make timely decisions.
- Knowledge of applicable safety codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; familiarity with project management and scheduling tools.
