Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing IT/software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and driving projects from planning through successful delivery.

The role requires a professional who can take ownership, proactively identify challenges, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with Clients, Product, Development, QA, Design, and Internal Teams.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities and track progress against agreed timelines.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, blockers, and issues and take proactive corrective action.
- Identify potential delivery risks at an early stage and communicate them appropriately to stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project-related communication with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
- Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, agreed scope, and client expectations.
- Manage priorities, dependencies,



timelines, and resource requirements effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and other project-related documents.
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT/software project management.
- Proven experience managing software or IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Good to Have:
- Experience managing website, web application, or software development projects.
- Experience working in a product development or IT services environment.
- Exposure to cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, and software development workflows.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who goes beyond task tracking and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of project outcomes, bringing teams together, solving problems proactively, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving successful delivery.
